Before your first appointment, please print and fill out the following paperwork and bring it with you:


LLBC Mom's Portal

We use Maternity Neighborhood to track each of your visits and your labs. Upon your first visit, you'll receive an email with your login information.

After every appointment, you can review notes from your visit as well as see the results of any of your laboratory work as soon as it's available.

You can also use Maternity Neighborhood to communicate with us at any time.

All that is needed for the majority of labors to go well is a healthy pregnant woman who has loving support in labor, self confidence, and attendants with infinite patience.
